Please turn in a new Troop Activity Permission Form for each event no later than the troop meeting on the date shown for the event.
We also need a medication schedule for Scouts bringing any prescription or non-prescription medicines. Turn in the form with the meds at the time of departure.
Finally, the troop must have on file for each Scout and each attending adult a medical form appropriate for the type of outing.

* For most weekend campouts, second and third Scouts from the same family can pay half price (round up). The ability of the troop to support this discount will vary depending on the cost to us for the particular event.
** Parents usually do not pay for the privilege of supervising others' sons for a weekend. This policy can vary when there are significant fixed per-person costs much above that for food.
